The McVean Incubator Farm program is run by Hugh Phillips, who has been farming for eight years.

Hugh is a professional engineer with 15 years of wireless communications experience. He decided to trade in the corporate hustle for a lifestyle more in tune with nature.

He was introduced to farming through an incubator program, and has drawn from this experience to design his own innovative program to help would-be farmers achieve their goals.
